Inoreader indicates that a user can sign up for Google+ profiles will need to upgrade your token on this social platform, even if you had already linked your Google+ account with Inoreader. This action may be performed when adding the first feed Google+ or through the preference settings in the Integration section.
After this step, since the user can press the button and add the URL discovery Google+ profile of the person that is interested in pursuing, allowing personalized URL and the username or regular URL. You can also search and subscribe to them directly from within Inoreader, having just put the search query in discovery mode and switch to Google+, avoiding seeing users and messages that match the search criteria.
The platform itself makes clear that due to the restrictions of the Google+ API, you can not subscribe to the communities of the same social platform, but in the future if it were possible, it would give you support this function.
