Yelp continues to strengthen its presence in the European market with the acquisition of Cityvox


Yelp returns to strengthen its presence in the European market through the acquisition of another company social reviews. This time, Yelp has acquired Cityvox , web site reviews social specializing in French and reviews about local restaurants and nightlife for different categories origin.
As happened last week with the acquisition of German origin website Restaurant-Kritik, this time has not disclosed details of the deal. Yelp notes that this acquisition further illustrates the commitment of Yelp for the development of the European market, emphasizing the goal of becoming the site reviews of local businesses internationally.
About Cityvox indicates that will integrate both views and photographs contained in Yelp to make it available to consumers across France, which will enrich the content Yelp France and offers users. Also expected that such integration would attract Yelpers dedicated and committed to the Yelp community in France.
