Eero has a better solution for the quality of the WiFi signals in homes

Perhaps the WiFi connections we have in our homes are not sufficiently effective in giving coverage to more devices, and above all, get in top condition to any corner of our homes without using WiFi extenders. In this sense, the emerging company based in San Francisco Eero about offering a different system of WiFi coverage to ensure that there are no areas without coverage, which is stable and that is also fast.
To do this, instead of using a single router with WiFi connectivity powerful, the system proposed from Eero is a distributed system in which a number of smaller devices are interconnected generating a mesh network. The pack of three devices WiFi connectivity come at the price of $ 300, each additional WiFi connectivity device costs $ 125. Each of these devices has in its interior with two WiFi signals for connection to 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 GHz processor, 512 GB of RAM and 1 GB of internal storage. The idea of having connectivity via Bluetooth is due to the growing need for connected devices using this technology, basically pointing to the Internet of Things.
In addition to the devices, a mobile application available for Android and iOS to set up and manage the status of the network devices that are connected to it can be observed. Since the designated application you can also give access to the devices of the visiting people. There is also an application in the cloud with these tasks.
When asked why they choose to disperse WiFi hotspots in homes, founder and CEO, Nick Weaver, simply states that never tries to cover the whole house with a light bulb so that the same occurs with a WiFi product. With regard to traditional WiFi extenders, Weaver said that the big problem is that they are really cheap and only have a signal, meaning that are constantly switching between them, weakening the bandwidth and performance, and create multiple networks.
Weaver, co-founders and a team of 15 people have been developing their solution silent for the last two years.
